Terms and Conditions



  • Parties run for One and a half hours (1&1/2) after which time the party room MUST be vacated for subsequent bookings.
  • Minimum of 8 children.
  • Parties held outside of the scheduled times are unhosted and only available with either food Option 1 or Option 2.
  • Numbers MUST be confirmed 24 hours before the party. The number of confirmed children will be the number you are charged for. Any extras cannot be catered for with food but are able to bowl with the group at normal rates.
  • A $50.00 non-refundable deposit be paid at the time of booking to secure your time. This can be done over the phone via credit card or in person.
  • No outside food is allowed into the Wangaratta Supa Bowl, with the exception of a fruit platter or children with special dietary requirements. Please inform our friendly staff if this is the case.
  • Birthday cakes can be supplied by the Wangaratta Supa Bowl OR supplied by you. We do not charge a fee for Bowls, Forks & Spoons used to serve with the cake. However due to an intricate fire system we do not allow candles or sparklers to be lit on our premises.
  • Helium balloons may be brought into the Party Room but must remain in the PARTY ROOM at all times. They are not to be blown up on site.
  • Decorations/Table cloths may be set up in the party room but nothing is to be attached to any surfaces, i.e.: Sticky tape/ Blu Tack on our walls or tables.
  • There is to be at least 1 parent present at ALL times.
  • Bumper Bowling is available for children aged 10 and under.
  • Wangaratta Supa Bowl takes no responsibility for security of items left in the party room while bowling.
